All orders are expected to be picked up afterschool one or two days before prom. T(http://choice.To)o ensure maximum freshness, we suggest that customers choose to pick up their orders the Friday before prom, however, pickups are also available the Thursday before prom or even the day of (not recommended but can be done). The day of pickup, I arrive at the school in the parking lot with all of the products in a cooler and I give customers my location. They are then able to pickup and complete payment if they haven't done so already. Customers have access to my personal phone number, which is 530 761 6145 to prevent any issues with pickup or confusion.

I will deliver orders the day before prom to the location you have provided me with. Please note that delivery is $5-$10 depending on distance and only available to the Davis and Woodland area. For all deliveries deliveries, please plan to be on site and transport the flowers to an indoor environment away from direct light and heat immiediately.

For maximum freshness, keep your corsage or boutonnière stored in the refrigerator on one of the lowest shelves. Make sure your refrigerator is not too cold as this can wilt the flowers, and keep the corsage away from bananas and apples. You can optionally spray it one or two times a day with a small bottle of water, but do this lightly. Another option instead of spraying is placing a damp paper towel underneath the corsage to create a sort of hydration chamber inside the container.

Corsage and boutonniere prices are determined by the cost of flowers and foliage used in the product. Izuflorals strives to provide durable corsages with premium flowers and prices them accordingly. Davis' local flower shop charges $45-$70 for a corsage and $25-$40 for a boutonniere, with sets averaging $85. Here at Izuflorals, we have tried our best to produce a more affordable option, as our main client base is high schoolers. We understand that many of our customers are working students saving up for college or other important life events. However, we must cover the cost of equipment, ingredients, and labor while still making a profit on a luxury product, and our prices reflect each of these categories and cannot be negotiated.

Full refunds can be issued within 3 hours of placing an order. After 3 hours, Izuflorals is unable to issue a full refund but may issue a partial one depending on the circumstance. If a customer is unhappy with the quality or appearance of a product they have recieved, we are delighted to make a replacement at no cost. Changes to custom orders must be made at least three days before a scheduled pick up or delivery in order to qualify for a refund.
